We aim to keep things clear, fair, and supportive for all families. Below you’ll find important reminders about our policies and how we work.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and you can’t always make your appointment. The NDIS allows providers to charge a cancellation fee when sufficient notice isn’t given.

Short-notice cancellations include:

  • Less than 2 business days’ notice
  • Missed appointments (no shows/DNA)
  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding weekends

Fees:

  • 100% of the session cost
  • Charged against your NDIS plan
  • Self-managed clients must pay this fee to continue services

  • By accessing our service, you agree to these updates

 

Please refer to your service agreement for the specific details, however please note if your child is too sick for school or daycare, they are too sick for therapy.

Our primary role is to provide therapy to the children that access our
service. As a result, reports and other administrative tasks such as this
need to be factored into the time we allocate for the completion of such
tasks.

In order to allow our staff appropriate time to writing, edit, peer review
and have the report approved to leave by Rhiannon (Rhi), we ask for 8
weeks notice before a report is due.

Failure to provide this will result in a $200.00 fee being charged (not payable by the NDIS) as essentially this means that our staff have to work after hours to complete this for you (i.e., evenings and weekends).

This attracts penalty rates which our staff are more than entitled to! We also
reserve the right to refuse to complete a report or other administrative task if appropriate notice has not been given.
